When I say I listen to everything, I mean more than just rock. People forget there are other genres that aren't rock, rap, or country.

I play bass. I'm pretty good. Slap bass is overrated and bass solos are underrated. Although as a rule of thumb, I'm probably not going to like a band who's genre ends with the suffix -core or starts with a prefix that makes no damn sense. I won't say I hate a genre but I'll say its harder for some genres to impress me.

Listening to a songwriter and the message they are trying to convey is just as important as the music itself. Hawaii is a way of life, not a destination and I miss it. Quality of life and time spent with loved ones is more important than working your life away. I am a treasure trove of useless information and a self storage container of usefull information. I like who I am and I am comfortable with being alone. I want someone to share my love with, not someone to take love from. Distance is something that love can overcome. Cockiness is easily confused with confidence and I am confident. I know who I am , who I want to be, and what kind of life I want to lead.
